Frequently Asked Questions

The free distributable CPGtoGo reader will only read CPGtoGo documents. However, these documents are cross-platform compatible and may be read by licensed versions of the non-shareware iSilo™ Document Reader version 4.x and above for either Palm OS® or Microsoft Pocket PC OS, although all CPGtoGo document features may not be supported by iSilo 4.x.

For Pocket PC handhelds: The CPGtoGo reader viewer for Pocket PC requires between 556KB and 747KB, depending on your processor type. In addition, individual documents that you download may be between 20KB and 150KB, or so. You should also have at least an additional 1MB of space available for CPGtoGo reader to properly open documents for viewing. To use the memory on your handheld efficiently, CPGtoGo Guidelines' documents can be copied to and run from removable expansion memory cards by creating and placing them in a \My Documents folder on the expansion card.

    1. While on the Launcher ("Home" menu on the handheld), tap the "pull-down" menu button to the left of the Graffiti area.
    2. From the "App" menu item drop-down list, choose "Info…" This will show a list of all applications installed on the handheld unit. If your handheld supports removable storage media, a drop-down "Device" list at the top of the Info screen will let you switch between viewing the contents of your handheld and the contents of any inserted memory card.
    3. Scroll through the alphabetical listing. If the CPGtoGo reader is installed, you will see "CPGtoGo" in the list.
    4. If you cannot find "CPGtoGo" listed, install the CPGtoGo reader (CPGtoGo.PRC), available in the download area of this site.
    5. If you still do not see the document, from the CPGtoGo reader's document list tap the "Categories" drop down list on the upper right of the screen and choose "All" to display all documents.

To check for the CPGtoGo reader on a Pocket PC handheld, follow these steps:

    2. If you cannot find "CPGtoGo" listed, install the CPGtoGo reader appropriate for your handheld's processor type. The three different versions are available in the download area of this site.
